About This coach

I’m a mom to two wonderful teenage sons. I love coaching moms who feel like they’ve lost a bit of themselves on the parenting journey. I support them to get back to themselves in small, easy ways while they consciously parent their kids. I believe that when we are able to get grounded and restore our depleted selves, even in tiny ways, we are then able to connect easier to our kids and also follow our other passions in life. I love getting outside and appreciating the beauty of the natural world that we are a part of.

What Makes THEM Special?

I’m a coach for moms who feel depleted and want to find more meaning in their lives. I guide them to find ways to recharge, get clear on who they are and what they want, and to move forward with projects or work they care deeply about without sacrificing their connected relationships with their kids. Through our one-on-one, virtual coaching sessions, they rediscover themselves, find their own insights, and re-learn to nurture themselves as well as their kids.
