About This coach

Hey! I am a Certified Conscious Mindset & Parenting Master Coach. I have a unique mix of professional education (FAST+LUMS Lahore Pakistan) and corporate experience (7+ years PepsiCo, Packages, Sesame Street, Standard Chartered Bank).

I have a diverse client base and I support them (parents, corporate professionals, educators) in building consciousness, increasing self-awareness, healing from past adverse experiences & trauma, rediscovering intrinsic motivation & self-identity so they can build / repair their relationship with themselves as well as their children based in connection and trust.

I guide clients to identify limiting beliefs and replace them with core life enhancing beliefs through evidence based researches in the field of neuroscience that help in viewing the world through an altered lens altogether and from a place of inner safety instead of fear and doubt.

My super power is to hold space, listen intently, withhold judgment, connect emotionally while I make sure that my client receives the sincere authentic and incredibly healing message: You're not alone. I got you.

I also have extensive experience in South Asian culture and nuances and how it has shaped us all as we were growing up in the 80s and 90s. I breakdown (read as dissect) adult behaviors so we understand ourselves better, become increasingly self aware and conscious of our patterns and conditioning so we can break the cycle and stop the generational patterns with us instead of unconsciously passing it down to our children.
