About This coach

I've dedicated over 10 years to understanding the fascinating world of children's psychology. My journey began with a diploma in psychology from Eastern Europe, and I've since expanded my knowledge through specialized training.

Education and Expertise:

- I'm a proud graduate of the **Neufeld Institute (Canada)**, where I completed courses like "Intensive One," "Intensive Two," "Making Sense of Anxiety," "Making Sense of Aggression," "The Science of Emotions," and "The Science of Play." These experiences have enriched my understanding of child development and behavior.

- I also had the privilege of learning from renowned experts. Dr. Gabor Maté's course on "Healing Trauma and Addiction" profoundly impacted my approach to working with children.

- Babette Rothschild's course, "Theory & Tools for Safe Trauma Therapy," equipped me with practical strategies to support young minds.

📖 Authorship and Impact:

- Inspired by my work with parents, I created a series of children's books on emotions. These books have garnered multiple awards and are now cherished by families in over 10 countries. They bridge the gap between kids' feelings and parents' understanding, fostering empathy and connection.

- As an author, I'm over the moon knowing that my words resonate with children and their caregivers.

Parenting Support:

- Parenthood is a journey filled with both challenges and joys. My mission is to help parents experience more of the latter. Whether it's decoding tantrums, navigating anxiety, or celebrating milestones, I'm here to guide you.

- Let's create a nurturing environment where both you and your child thrive. Together, we'll uncover the magic of parenting!

- Connect with me on social media, explore my books, and let's embark on this parenting adventure together. Remember, you're not alone—I'm here to celebrate your victories and offer support during the bumps in the road.

Feel free to reach out—I'd love to hear your parenting stories and share in your joy!
