About This coach

As a trauma-informed Certified Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence Coach for Kids and Certified Master Parenting Coach, I support families to go from disempowered, disconnected, and struggling to self-empowered, self-connected, and thriving.

For kids, I use a 6 step system rooted in story-telling, multi-sensory learning and somatic wellness practices to develop skills for resilience and confidence. Kids in my programs enjoy stories, games, arts, experiments, crafts, yoga, dance, journaling, discussions and other fun activities while learning important life skills.

My parent-clients are working towards conscious parenting with a desire to help their children develop high self-confidence, soaring self-esteem, and a strong self-image. Holding immense empathic and brave space, we collaborate to discover subconscious patterns that are impacting family dynamics and shift them using a combination of modalities. This allows parents to grow into conscious, confident and empowered family leaders. When I'm not working, I'm exploring cultural events and dancing with my kids!

What Makes THEM Special?

What sets me apart is that I coach Children and their Parents in tandem! I am a Certified Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence Coach for Kids. I also have training to support neurodiverse children. I utilize a variety of curricula that I am licensed to use, but also have personally created many products for children and their parents. I am also a Master Certified Coach through Jai, and a certified Somatic Trauma Therapy Practitioner. I am a highly-trained trauma-educated coach and have trained with specialists in the field such as Dr. Peter Levine, Irene Lyon, and several more. I have also studied with Dr. Rocio Zunini who is a Neuroscientist.

I am the author of 12 books including 3 adult books on personal development and several children's books all aimed at supporting their social-emotional wellness. I am a professional speaker and have presented on various international platforms and have presented for school districts in my area. I am strongly dedicated to continued professional development. I am also a survivor of many traumas including having been adopted twice! I have been there... And who better to support others than someone who has lived through it. I can be there for parents who need deep empathy and care, while also holding them boldly yet lovingly accountable.

And finally, because of my 26 years of experience working in holistic health and wellness fields, I come to the table with a HOLISTIC view of parent and child. I bring my work experience in the field of nutrition and physical wellness to my current clients. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (with Yoga for ADHD training), and I am a person of color who has had to navigate multiple cultural identities and their associated cultural norms and expectations.
