About This coach
Brittany Gayle Yearwood is a millennial woman from Chesapeake, VA. Today, she is a licensed clinical therapist in North Carolina, a certified Parent Coach, and a Reiki practitioner. Brittany is a high-spirited individual who values family, integrity, and fun! After reframing her own parenting style, she was able to see firsthand the positive benefits of being a reliable resource for parents and guardians seeking support. Brittany loves watching clients learn new tools that support them in shifting their relationships and lifestyle!
Brittany has been married to her husband for 11 years, and they have four children together. As a professional social worker, she has been trained to understand child development and family dynamics, but more importantly, she promotes individuality and encourages clients to find their unique style.
When she's not coaching, she enjoys spending time at the lake with her family, traveling, and hosting mindful gatherings. She is a Level II Reiki Practitioner and Shamanic Practitioner who enjoys learning, integrating, and working with energetic modalities to promote balance and well-being.
What Makes THEM Special?
As a mom of four beautifully busy boys, I specialize in incorporating a mindfulness approach into everything I do. I bring a unique perspective to my coaching container because I am a professional social worker, therapist, and self-proclaimed weirdo. I have always been comfortable with questioning the status quo and trying new things, like a more conscious approach to parenting. This mindset has enabled me to navigate the challenges of parenting and life with more grace. I have had the opportunity of experiencing mothering through different lenses; I've been a young student mother, a stay-at-home mom for eight years, and a working mom. I am sure that if you are ready, I can help you learn, grow, and thrive!
