About This coach

I am the mother of two amazing teenagers – an 18 year old son and a 15 year old daughter. I love my son because he is so much like me, and I love my daughter because she is so different from me! They are beautiful individuals who have taught me the true meaning of love, trust, connection, growth, and healing.

I was awakened to empowered parenting principles when my children were older, and as my understanding grew and my capacity increased I was able to transform the way I show up for my children - in conscious and intentional ways.  Having my children be both witness and recipient of this transformation has been life changing. Our relationships are deeper and more meaningful than I ever thought possible, and it has made raising teenagers a truly enjoyable (though still difficult!) experience.

I believe that it is NEVER too late to change your parenting paradigm - whether you are just beginning your parenting journey or are already sending your adult children out into the world, you can learn new ways to find connection and clarity in yourself and in your parenting.

I am an educator at heart, and am in constant pursuit of knowledge and understanding.  I love taking classes, reading the latest research on parenting and families, teaching preschool (my other "job"), spending time in the beautiful Utah mountains, and spending time with my family.

I am a laugher, a listener, a teacher, a friend, a mentor, a learner, a partner, a mom, and a parent coach.  I can't wait to meet you!

What Makes THEM Special?

As a preschool teacher in my community for more than 10 years, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of families and watching children grow from infancy into their teenage years.  I have a special interest in working with parents of children from preschool to the launching years of college and beyond!

I believe that our children deserve to have parents who are present, intentional, and committed to being the best possible version of themselves. I love being able to support parents as they overcome past hurts, integrate their past into their present, break difficult cycles, and write new stories for their children that are rooted in trust, connection, clarity, and core values.

As a coach certified through the Jai Institute for Parenting, I am uniquely qualified to guide you through a full-spectrum parenting program that will challenge your parenting beliefs, patterns, values, and perspectives. It is my privilege to be a witness to your transformation, challenge you with new perspectives and ideas through teaching and curious exploration, and offer support free of judgment and opinion - all blended with a generous helping of humor, friendship, and personal experiences!
