About This coach

As a former educator turned parent coach, I help parents strengthen their family’s emotional intelligence. We work to build connection, trust, and mutual respect within the chaos of life. There is no one right way to raise kids. I provide guidance, education, and accountability so families can determine their own values, limits and style of parenting.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me exploring the outdoors with my two boys (ages 4 and 1), listening to a podcast while walking my dog, or designing a photo book. I'm obsessed with chai tea and ethical fashion.

What Makes THEM Special?

After being an elementary educator for nearly a decade, I was thrilled to welcome my own child into the world. But my life took an unexpected turn in 2019 when my first child was born at 28 weeks gestation and spent 116 days in the NICU. This was not the welcome to parenthood I had expected. Such a traumatic and jarring initiation into parenthood led me to pursue therapy and deep inner work. I’ve come away with this fundamental truth: my goal in life is to help children feel seen and known. The best place to start is with us, the parents and caregivers, because when we do the work, it ripples out to positively impact our children.
