About This coach

When not coaching or working my full-time job, I can happily be found: on the floor building magnatile castles with my kids; with my toes in the sand at the beach; running in the Santa Monica Mountains; sweating on my yoga mat; or standing over the stove cooking something yummy.

What Makes THEM Special?

I am a mom to twins and have spent my entire working career in childcare and development. Because of my professional experience, when I became a mom, I knew what I didn’t want to do, but didn’t always know what to replace that with. Becoming a coach has given me the ability to connect the dots between what my children deserve and how I show up to give that to them, and that’s exactly what I hope to guide my clients to as well — bridging the gap between wanted and unwanted, known and unknown, comfortable and scary. When we connect these dots, we are able to see the picture more clearly and move forward in our families with intention and understanding.

I am a certified yoga instructor and offer breathwork as my clients are interested. My specialties are all ages including adult children; twins and multiples; blended and divorced families; and parents who are Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families. I offer a sliding fee for BIPOC clients as part my duty toward reparations.
