About This coach

As a devoted husband and father, my background as a parent deeply informs my coaching practice, where I apply the principles I live daily to support others in cultivating connected family environments. I love being a Jai Parenting Coach because it allows me to witness profound transformations, empowering parents to shift from reactive patterns to presence and empathy, ultimately raising confident, resilient children who thrive across generations.

What makes me special as a person is my belief in the transformative power of authentic connections to heal and integrate all aspects of the self and family. When not coaching, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, pursuing research and teaching in organizational behavior, and reading extensively on neuroscience, psychology, and relational sciences to continually enrich my understanding of human potential.

What Makes THEM Special?

As a certified Parenting Coach with the Jai Institute for Parenting, I stand out through my unique integration of advanced therapeutic expertise with the Peaceful Parenting Model. Holding a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in child and adolescent family therapy, I bring a trauma-focused relational lens to coaching, emphasizing the healing of developmental educational trauma, such as bullying, academic pressures, teacher and school neglect, or institutional challenges, that influences family dynamics into adulthood. This sets me apart by equipping parents with tools to break cycles of disconnection, fostering secure bonds through emotional regulation, conscious communication, and shared empowerment.

I particularly love working with parents of children aged 6 to 19, including adolescents navigating anxiety, behavioral difficulties, oppositional defiance, or life transitions. I can best help families from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds seeking to address attachment disruptions, grief, or relational wounds, promoting resilience and harmony. My special outside skills include being a Fellow in Thanatology, allowing me to guide parents through grief's impact on family connections, and drawing from research in organizational behavior to enhance parental leadership and decision-making in the home.
