About This coach
At heart, I am a woman who leads with love, connection, and grounding—first in my own home, and then in my work. I am a mom of two, a boy and a girl, and they are my greatest teachers in patience, presence, and emotional safety. As a wife, daughter, and sister, I value open communication, steady support, and being a calm place to land during both joyful and challenging moments. Whether I am holding space for my children, supporting my husband, grounding my sister, or staying deeply connected to my parents, I believe relationships thrive when we feel seen, safe, and accepted. Family, for me, is where values are lived daily, not just spoken.
Home is my anchor. I find joy in simple, meaningful moments—cooking homely meals, sharing food around the table, reading and learning, and spending time with my children and our golden retriever, Belle. I love nurturing others, finding the good in people and the world, and creating environments where warmth, trust, and connection can grow naturally. This way of being is not something I switch on for work; it is how I live, love, and show up for the people around me.
Professionally, I am:
- A certified and Dubai-licensed Coach
- Certified Parenting Coach through the Jai Institute for Parenting
- Certified in Circle of Security® Parenting
- Certified in infant and child sleep
- Certified potty training
- Certified in Child behavior, lactation, and childbirth
- Attachment-focused and neuroscience-informed, with all guidance centered on a child’s need for safety, connection, and emotional security
- Committed to supporting families in a way that honors their values, beliefs, and relationships first
What Makes THEM Special?
What sets me apart in the parenting and family coaching industry is the depth, integration, and intentionality of my approach. I am a certified Parenting Coach through the Jai Institute for Parenting, with formal Circle of Security® Parenting certifications, and specialized training in infant and child sleep, potty training, child behavior, lactation, and childbirth. All of my work is grounded in attachment theory and the neuroscience of early brain development, allowing me to translate research into practical, compassionate strategies for real families. Every plan I create is built around the child’s core needs for safety, connection, and emotional security, while honoring parents as the secure base and safe haven. Above all, I place family values and beliefs first, ensuring that guidance is not only evidence-based but deeply aligned with each family’s identity and long-term vision for raising emotionally secure, resilient children.
