I love children, I know the importance of the quality of the interactions they have with adults in the first years of their life.
I understand parents who are lost in a fight of screaming and fighting with their children, who want a better way to parent, but do not know how to do it differently... I was there not too long ago.
I am a mother of 3 boys, and have been married for 13 years. I am a true believer that we all have a passion, and when we find it and live and work by it, it gives our life power.
I was born and raised in Mexico City, and lived in the US for 6 years, so I know the challenges that moving brings. I am also thankful for the broad range of experiences and cultures that I encountered in this time, I helped by grow and expand my horizons.
I love to read, to lay down in a hammock on a sunny day, to play paddle tennis and enjoy my morning walks with a good podcast (Oprah's super soul and Brene's Brown unlocking us are my favorite).
