I have been working with parents and their families for 8 years. I love helping parents to reach their full potential as conscious, connected, and empathetic parents. Knowing how difficult parenting can be caring for children who may have mental health difficulties allows me to be able to provide support to these parents.
When I am not coaching, I am working in my therapy practice, teaching trauma courses to college students, working in my garden, crocheting, or reading. You can also find me working on home improvement projects or taking my dog Abby on a long hike.
