Originally from Long Island living now in Reading PA raising two girls as a single MOm since 2003 - I have worked through the elementary, teen and college years as a single Mom.
I am a graduate of Immaculate University with a MA in Counseling Psychology
I am enrolled to be a Positive Psychology Coach and will continue to learn Emotional Iq, and Acceptance Commitment Theory, along with extensive training on OCD. I love baking, cooking, road trips with my girls, exercising and relaxing with my dog.

Patients and clients always tell me that I am a great listener, and I have a way of tapping into the stregnth´s that they possess to help them, I believe in services that make a difference and help you move from where you to where you want to be. I believe in helping someone so that they can go out into the world and stand confidently knowing they have the skills in their toolbox to face what comes their way.
