I have 3 children of my own, and I have really had to do a huge amount of work to release past traumas that were keeping me from healing myself mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Once I started on my healing journey, I have resolved my past traumast, so I don't carry it into the relationship with my children. I keep seeking to grow, learn and understand this complex life and am willing to share my own experience and hope with others.
