Like many parents, I got stuck in raising my children. Especially when my oldest son became more independent and developed his own personality, power battles started to happen in my home regularly. Lying in bed at night I often felt guilty because I hadn't handled things well. And every time I told myself I would do things differently the next day. But every day ended on the same note, I felt frustrated and guilty because, although I wanted to change, I didn't really know how to...

Now I am dedicated to helping other parents that are stuck, want to change but don't really know how to. It is my mission to help them shatter old patterns that no longer serve them so they can put an end to those exhausting battle of wills and experience the joy of parenting again!

When I am not guiding other parents or hanging out with my kids I love to read, go for a run, do yoga and enjoy the outdoors.
