Hello, I’m Michelle, and I am so glad you’re here! I am a proud mama and lifetime student of three extraordinary kids: my stepdaughter Olivia, daughter Ava and son Sasha.
**My journey to peaceful parenting wasn’t an easy one.**
Although I had 15 years of personal development training behind me, everything I “knew” flew out the window on those really tough days. The unconscious and subtle snowball effect of prolonged self-sacrifice overwhelm of daily tasks and lack of supportive tools turned me into the mother I vowed I’d never be. I was irritable, easily angered and like clockwork, always ended up in a vicious, often tear-filled, shame cycle I couldn’t get out of. 
I began reading books, listening to podcasts and attending seminars on peaceful parenting, child development, brain science, and emotional intelligence.
I was amazed by what I learned, and it became my mission to give it away to other parents.
After graduating from _The Jai Institute for Parenting_ - **The Sovereign Child** was born. It is the community and support system I so desperately searched for when I felt alone: where parents can tell the cold hard truth about the challenges they face and gain the tools they need to become the parent they’ve always wanted to be.
**All children deserve to be guided and loved by the best version of ourselves, as parents. I believe investing in our parenting is the single greatest, far-reaching gift we can give our children.**
