About This coach

As a mother for a decade and a Montessori trained teacher at a private micro school before becoming a Jai Parenting coach, I have been blessed to be educated by amazing professionals in many areas. These include sensory processing, occupational therapy tools, breath work, and more! I believe that no matter our background, upbringing, or current life stressors we can always utilize a growth mindset to overcome challenges in our unique journey.

When not coaching I home school my children, we go on nature adventures, hike, play in the river, pick up trash at parks, plan special dates to the bookstore or froyo shop, privately teach one of my former students part time, garden, write children's books, and I absolutely love to be in the kitchen preparing food made with love.

What Makes THEM Special?

Regulation skills, patience, holding space, and a love for learning are my key gifts. I have been blessed to be educated by amazing professionals in many areas. These include sensory processing, occupational therapy tools, breath work, and more! I love to work with parents, grandparents, teachers, and childcare givers to deepen their understanding of self and children.
