About This coach
I have dedicated more than 23 years to working in education at an international school, supporting young children and their families during some of the most important stages of development. My formal career began in preschool education, and over the years, I have continued to grow professionally through specialized training and qualifications that allow me to better support children and parents.
I have completed the ITTC program, two diplomas in Early Childhood Education, including HighScope training from Baroccio, the CPML from Buckingham Education, and the NPQLT qualification from England. I also completed a diploma in San Antonio, focused on Occupational Therapy strategies for students through the Learning Without Tears program. These experiences have strengthened my ability to understand how children learn, develop, and thrive both at school and at home.
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with students while also supporting families in understanding their children's educational and emotional needs. I am especially passionate about helping parents feel confident and supported as they guide their children through early learning and development.
What I love most about coaching is the opportunity to partner with families, listen to their concerns, and help them find practical strategies that make everyday life easier and more positive for their children.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy exercising and staying active. My greatest passion, however, is working with my little ones and seeing them grow, learn, and develop confidence in themselves every day.
What Makes THEM Special?
My background as a kindergarten teacher has given me a deep understanding of children’s emotional and developmental needs, as well as the dynamics that exist within families. Every day, I work closely with parents, helping them navigate challenges, build stronger relationships with their children, and create supportive environments at home and at school.
I work particularly well with single parents, divorced or separated parents, and married couples who want to strengthen their communication and parenting approach. Because I see firsthand how family dynamics impact young children, I help parents focus on practical strategies that support both the child’s well-being and the parents’ confidence.
My approach is empathetic, patient, and solution-focused. I aim to create a safe space where parents feel heard, supported, and empowered to make positive changes for themselves and their families. My experience in early childhood education also allows me to offer insights into child behavior, emotional development, and everyday routines that can make family life smoother and more connected.
