About This coach

I am the proud mother of five exceptional children. While I was working on my Ph.D. in Sociology before my children arrived I decided to prepare for parenting at the same time using the skills I learned as researcher to learn what skills or strategies would best serve my future children. Parenting has been the most sacrificial and rewarding experience I have had. I wanted to take some time to develop my skills in the real world raising my five children and further educate myself by becoming a certified parenting coach before sharing with other parents how their experiences with parenting can be improved.

I have always been fascinated by the importance of family in our lives as I have been studying family behavior for the past 17 years. I believe that healing our families will change the world.

I am a family demographer who has studied family behavior for over 17 years. I am a college Professor who is successfully raising five children. I am a birth educator, post partum doula and parenting coach. I absolutely love family and I know that healing our families will change the world.
