About This coach

My name means “Peace” in Greek, and my parents gave it to me for the sake of World Peace!

Before becoming a Jai Certified  Parent Coach, I worked for 12 years as a Primary School Teacher and Disability Support worker in Greece,  creating close relationships of appreciation and trust both with my students/ disabled individuals and with their families.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Primary School Education and have been through an annual  Post-graduate training on Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.

Currently, I am under training for Neurolinguistic Programming, and Interpersonal Neurobiology.

I have attended several seminars from experts such as Mona Delahooke, Dr. Laura Markham, Stephen Porges and I am Sensory Disorder Informed.

I am an extrovert who loves dancing, reading books, sleeping and being in nature.

I always had great respect for children and the ability to empathize with them.Their parents would come to me for advice on how to go through challenges with them.

The most beautiful compliment I have ever had was from one of my students telling me ‘Miss, you have not forgotten how it is to be a child’. And it is true. I remember how I felt in many incidents of my life, and what impact the words and actions of my parents and educators had on me.

As a Parent Coach,I see parenting as an incredible opportunity for personal and collective growth.

I also believe in the great power of knowledge and compassion.

My mission is to guide and empower parents on a transformative journey of discovery, understanding, and connection.

Since I deeply believe that we parents are the world’s best chance to change, I dream that this way, I will do justice to my name, and do my part towards a better world, and why not, Peace on Earth!

What Makes THEM Special?

My background as a primary school teacher equips me with a great understanding of the educational landscape. I can offer tailored guidance on academic challenges, effective communication with teachers, and fostering a positive learning environment at home.

Additionally, my knowledge in special education and neurodiversity allows me to provide specialized support for parents with children facing unique learning needs.
