About This coach
With a background in early years education and a Master’s degree in the field, my approach to coaching is rooted in a lifelong curiosity about how families learn and thrive. My journey has taken me through many different cities and countries, and those years of living and working internationally have shaped me into a listener who values the diverse ways families find their way.
As a mother of two young children, I understand the daily complexities of modern parenting and the weight of generational dynamics. My mission is to empower parents to bridge the gap between their professional and their home life, helping them move from a state of overwhelm into a rhythm of conscious connection and play.
What Makes THEM Special?
As a Jai Parenting Coach, I come from unique intersection of academic expertise, a global perspective on childhood, and the lived experience of modern motherhood. With a Master’s Degree in Early Years Education and a career spent living and working across many different cities and countries, I bring a research based understanding of child development and a broad, non-judgmental perspective. This background allows me to help parents navigate complex and generational family dynamics by identifying the patterns that no longer serve them. As a mother to two young children, I am attuned to the "invisible load" of parenting, and I specialize in helping families scale back the superfluous extras of modern life to protect the sacred space of connection through the Root to Bloom methodology.
