About This coach
A few years ago, I felt like I was failing—both at home and at work. My twin daughters were constantly yelling, and I was stuck in a cycle of bribing, threatening, and yelling. Every day felt like a battle, and the stress of it all bled into my career. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and questioning whether I was getting anything right.
Then, everything changed. I worked with a conscious parenting coach, and what I learned completely shifted how I showed up—not just as a mother, but as a leader. When I stopped trying to control my daughters’ emotions and instead listened, validated their feelings, and let them express their frustration, something amazing happened. Tantrums that used to last 45 minutes shrunk to just 15. It sounds like it would take longer, but the power of co-regulation—helping them calm down by staying calm myself—transformed everything. It really felt like magic.
And then I had a realization: If this worked at home, why not at work?
I started applying these same conscious parenting principles in my career—leading with emotional intelligence, deep listening, and presence—and the results were incredible. My relationships improved, my stress levels dropped, and I became the kind of leader people actually wanted to follow.
At the heart of it all, life is about balance. The creativity and fluidity of dance and watercolor painting have always been a part of me, just as much as the logic and analysis of my engineering background. And in parenting, just like in leadership, we need both structure and flow.
I also believe in lifelong learning and constant growth. I’m always looking for ways to improve, to challenge myself, to evolve. That’s why I’m deeply passionate about Montessori principles—creating an environment where our children can be bold, courageous, compassionate, and independent. And it’s why I love traveling with my kids—so they can experience the world firsthand, not just through the pages of a book.
I share more about my journey in my TEDx Talk ( https://youtu.be/YE-PN4i-eAE ), where I dive into one of the biggest struggles we face as mothers—losing our sense of identity. We’re constantly defined by our roles: "Mom," "Professional," "Wife." But who are we beyond that? Conscious parenting didn’t just make my home more peaceful—it created the space for me to rediscover myself.
Now, as a Jai Parenting Coach, I help ambitious moms find that balance—to be both a loving, present parent and a powerhouse in their career. Because the truth is, you don’t have to choose when you focus on quality instead of quantity. You can thrive in both, and I’d love to show you how.
What Makes THEM Special?
I know exactly what it’s like to juggle the demands of motherhood and a thriving career. For so long, I thought I had to choose between being a present, loving mom and an ambitious, high-achieving professional. But here’s what I’ve learned—you don’t have to choose.
As a Fortune 500 executive and ICF-certified leadership coach, I bring together Jai Parenting, CliftonStrengths, and Positive Intelligence to help ambitious moms like you rediscover your sense of self while navigating the beautiful (and sometimes chaotic) balance of work and family life.
But my coaching isn’t just about parenting—it’s about transforming the way you lead, both at home and in your career. I teach how to integrate conscious parenting principles into leadership—because the same skills that help you build trust with your children, like deep listening, emotional intelligence, and leading with empathy, are the very skills that make you a standout leader in the workplace.
What does that mean for you?
Less stress and guilt—more confidence and clarity.
A deeper connection with your kids and a stronger leadership presence at work.
The ability to show up with intention, grace, and authenticity in every part of your life.
This isn’t about fitting into a mold. It’s about stepping into your full power—at home, at work, and in every space you lead. Whether you’re navigating the early years of motherhood, striving for that next big promotion, or simply trying to figure out who you are beyond “mom” and “professional,” I’m here to guide you.
Because when you feel aligned and confident in who you are, you don’t just lead—you inspire. And that’s exactly what I want for you.
