About This coach

Heathir is a Mom, connector, sister, daughter, and a friend. She's also a serial entrepreneur who has coached creative leaders and business owners for over 10 years.

After launching Momentor in 2021, Heathir discovered the Jai Institute for Parenting and found their curriculum and community to be both credible, science based, connection focused and aligned with her parenting values. She became a Certified Parenting Coach through Jai Institute in early 2023.

When she's not guiding groups (her fav way to coach) Heathir is outside playing, hiking, paddle boarding, working out, waking her pup, visiting with her amazing circle of friends, or listening to live music.

What Makes THEM Special?

I’m grateful for your curiosity about parent coaching. It’s Transformational, family strengthening work.

When my son was 7 years old, I began a journey that I thought was based in how to align him with the world (AKA: the norms I held and the pressures of others.) Quickly, I discovered that there was work to be done in my head, heart and hands. Work that had everything to do with my “self” and the patterns I was carrying down and modeling for my child. Work that offered an incredible gift to gain as a mom, friend, daughter, sister and co-parent.

Oh, and I would give my right arm to have started this work sooner (and I'm right handed!)

This is a Moment and a Movement of Support and Mentoring for Parents.

Our kiddos do not arrive with an operator’s manual. Neither do we. Life is a journey and a practice… How will you choose to travel?
