About This coach

I am a single mother of two teenagers, a full time pediatrician, a certified parent coach, and a certified life coach.

As a coach, I bridge my understanding of childhood growth and development with my love of parent guidance to support parents during this powerful season.

I teach clients to parent without conditions on love and to evaluate and forgive way they were parented, so they can show up to witness their children instead of using them to heal their own pain.

I hold space for parents to admit, without judgment -that parenting is hard, and show them that parenting is the truest mirror to our soul.

I am a spiritual junkie, an avid runner and I love to cook. I attract clients who are ready to dive deep to find their own compass. This allows them to release the need to be a GPS for their children and to trust them to find their own way.

What Makes THEM Special?

Given that I have been a pediatrician for 20 years, many people want to work with me as a coach b/c they think I teach the HOW of parenting. But I don't.

I help my clients discover their WHY.

  • Why you parent or discipline in a certain way,
  • Why your children bring up negative thoughts for you,
  • Why you are in pain from the way you were parented,
  • Why you feel shame, overwhelm, worry, doubt and confusion,
  • Why you parent from worry or fear,
  • Why you struggle to find connection with your children
  • All of it.

Unlike medical diagnoses that i can pull from MY brain, the answers to those WHY questions are in my clients not in me.

Helping you to access your inner wisdom is my superpower.

When parents discover THEIR own answers, they completely change their relationship with themselves and their connection with their children.
