About This coach

I truly believe that peace on earth begins at home - one family at a time, one nervous system at a time. My desire to build a new world in which all people are seen in their uniqueness and experience safety both within and out guides my passion to support parents in gaining these skills in the most holistic, empathetic, and effective way possible.

I bring a breath and depth to this work grown out of having spent my whole adult life as a parent and my professional life as a child development expert. I have been a married parent, a single parent, a parent who works inside the home and outside of it.

I also bring my own experiences as a highly sensitive person with a complex trauma background to this work. I am not afraid to walk with you through the hardest parts of your journey.

What Makes THEM Special?

In addition to being a parenting coach I am also a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, a DIRFloortime provider, and a Safe and Sound Protocol provider. I bring my advanced training and expertise in the areas of sensory processing, neurobiology, clinical reasoning, child development, and play skills to my parent coaching services. In this way I am able to support families of all kinds, by supporting individual differences in a truly neuro-affirming way.
