About This coach

As an occupational therapist for the past 20 years with a focus on regulation, neurodiversity and trauma, I became keenly aware of the power of the parent-child relationship in my work.  As a parent of 2 teenagers adopted at birth, I have time and again been pulled toward the need to create a supportive community around parents.

As a Jai Parent Coach, I am excited to blend my professional and personal experience into my work with families.  I look forward to continuing to "think outside the box" in ways we can utilize a network of supports to truly change lives, one family at a time.

What Makes THEM Special?

I come to parent coaching following a 20 year profession as a pediatric occupational therapist.  In addition, as a parent I have experienced the journey of single parenting, being the protective parent in a divorce situation and blended families.  I feel I have skills in understanding how raising a neurodiverse child, or children who have experienced early attachment breaks and trauma impacts the parenting journey.
