About This coach
I'm a life transition and relationship coach with a deep focus on parenting. Many parents I work with come to me when life is shifting—a new baby, a separation, the teen years, a version of themselves they barely recognize—and the stress of it all is showing up where it matters most: at home. Together we slow down, make sense of what's driving the reactivity or disconnection, and build ways of responding you can actually sustain. My approach is grounded in attachment science and nervous-system regulation, with compassion for the parent as much as the child. I believe parenting should feel like something we get to do, not just something to get through.
This isn't just professional for me — it's lived experience. As a mom of two teenagers and a stepmom of three, I've lived many of life's big transitions firsthand. Outside of coaching, I love spending time with family and friends, and the beach and my yoga mat are my happy places.
What Makes THEM Special?
Alongside my Jai certification, I have completed an ICF Level 2 Whole Person Coaching program through Coach Training World, with my PCC credential in progress. I also serve as a mentor in the Good Inside Community, founded by Dr. Becky Kennedy, whose work deeply influences my own. Because I coach at the intersection of parenting, relationships, and life transitions, I don't treat parenting struggles as isolated behavior problems. I look at the whole picture: the marriage under strain, the identity in flux, the nervous system running on empty. That's usually where the real change starts.
