About This coach

I bring a relaxed, competent, I have walked this path in Truth approach that is held with compassion and understanding.  When clients work with me, we stay grounded while we uncover so much to find our wings and fly.  I feel like my Zen training, yoga training, medicine wheel training and parent coach training mix to create a container that is very healing.

What Makes THEM Special?

The opportunity to be of service to parents or guardians of children is my favorite activity to be a part of.  I have two kids now and through the years of growing with them I have purposely worked to unbundle so much confusion in me.  So, I love when others get the same opportunity to create cohesion, harmony and a love that is more clear, alive, respectful and lasting.  It is such a joy to be able to provide this service and know it works. 

I have been through the fires of many transformations uncovering so much of what I did not know or needed to feel.  Through this, I feel like I not only connect with the information provided through Jai, I bring my whole being to the coaching call.  The years of work that has truly led to a deeper understanding of myself, generational patterns that work and do not work and how to truly let go of emotional energy we hold within to make room for something even more lighter and lovelier.
