About This coach

My name is Jody but I have been told to drop the d as I am a joy to be with! What a compliment! I believe this sets me apart as someone you can trust and feel joy, peace and acceptance with as you walk through this journey as a parent and a human.  I have been around kids my whole life, I have birthed 3 boys and I coach kids mindset skills, I find the most joy in the "aha" moments my clients get as they pick up a new skill or see a pattern they were missing!  Trusting this process and being super confident in my skills as a coach, I believe I can be the guide that walks along side you in your journey towards a more connected version of yourself and your family and actually all relationships can benefit from this work.

What Makes THEM Special?

I have been successful so far as a mindset coach for kids, and I wanted to add the parenting element as the parents have the most influence on the kids mindsets!  As a mom of a 13 year old, a 21 year old and also a birth mom to a 27 year old, I have a lot of experience and empathy for families with diverse needs and stories!  I have had several stepparents in my life and feel I have lots to offer to these dynamics as well!  Although I am in a small town in rural BC Canada I am so amped to support families from anywhere in the world that feel drawn to my offer!
