About This coach

I became a parenting coach because I want to help parents and caregivers transform their relationships with themselves and with their kids.

Once I understood how attainable it is to build a relationship with our kids based on mutual trust, understanding and care, I became passionate about supporting other parents in this life-changing work.

My approach is parent-centered, which means we will work to build your strength, self-trust, connection and compassion (for yourself and your kids) so you’re able to lead your family with love and intention.

I coach parents and caregivers at all stages of parenthood who are ready to move beyond temporary fixes and parenting hacks to transform their relationship with their children and themselves. I guide my clients to break the generational patterns that are not serving them, and have a more connected and collaborative relationship with their children.

Before earning my Parent Coach certification from Jai Institute for Parenting, I spent much of my career supporting parents and families. I have a B.A. in Adolescent Education, and I worked as a nanny for many years as well as working as a counselor for teen parents.

I'm parent to my hilarious and vivacious pre-teen, and I co-parent with her dad who lives next door.

What Makes THEM Special?

I specialize in working with people socialized as women who have codependent and people pleasing tendencies and habits. I love working with clients who struggle to know themselves and their emotional landscape, identify their needs, or put their needs at the same level as everyone else around them. These patterns show up and persist in our parenting, and can impact our ability to parent with intention. If this sounds like you - you're not alone! We can uncover and work through these patterns together, and create a more self-loving and outwardly loving family life for you.
