About This coach
I’m Kendall Brooks, a certified parenting coach and proud mom to my 9-year-old son. Becoming a parent opened my eyes in new ways, to both the joy and the challenges of raising a child while breaking old cycles and creating something different for the next generation. Parenting is the hardest and most important role many of us will ever have, and I believe no one should have to do it alone.
I bring over 20 years of experience in family-centered care, early childhood education, and parent education to my work as a coach. My approach is rooted in secure attachment, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care, but what makes my coaching unique is the way I weave that knowledge together with compassion, curiosity, and lived experience. I love helping parents find calm in the chaos, rediscover their strengths, and build homes where both parent and child feel safe, seen, and supported.
I believe every parent is already worthy and capable, even in the moments that feel overwhelming. My role is to help you build the confidence to embrace the messy beauty of family life, strengthen your relationships, and create lasting, positive change in your home.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll usually find me by the water with my little family. I also love art, meditation, and finding small ways to connect with nature each day, practices that keep me grounded and fuel my passion for supporting families on their own journeys.
What Makes THEM Special?
My goal is to help parents rediscover their strengths, find calm in the chaos, and create homes where both parent and child feel safe, seen, and supported. My coaching draws from over 20 years of experience in family-centered care, early childhood education, and parent education, combined with a deep commitment to meeting parents exactly where they are. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience as a parent, which allows me to connect with families in a grounded, compassionate way.
I specialize in supporting parents who feel stuck in reactive cycles, who want to break free from “power over” dynamics, and who are ready to step into calmer, more connected relationships with their children. I am especially passionate about working with parents of neurodiverse children and with families navigating recovery, stress, or generational patterns that feel difficult to shift.
What makes my coaching unique is the way I weave together each family’s dynamics with secure attachment science, nervous system regulation, and practical strategies. Parents leave our sessions not just inspired, but equipped with tools they can confidently use in daily life.
