About This coach
I am a parent coach, mother of two, full-stack web developer, and former chemical engineer, bringing a unique blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and compassion to my work with families. My journey into parenting coaching grew out of my own lived experience, particularly my personal struggles with postpartum, which deeply shaped my understanding of how overwhelming and isolating early parenting can feel. That experience became a turning point and led to a strong passion for supporting other parents through similar challenges.
I am passionate about helping parents better understand their children while also supporting their own growth in self-awareness, emotional regulation, and capacity. My approach integrates nervous system awareness, attachment science, and emotional intelligence within a culturally sensitive and faith-based framework. I believe that when parents feel supported and empowered, they are better able to create calm, connected, and secure relationships with their children.
With additional training in trauma-informed care and foster parenting, I bring a compassionate and informed lens to families navigating attachment challenges, big emotions, and more complex dynamics. I especially enjoy working with parents who are ready to break intergenerational patterns and build more intentional, connected family relationships.
At my core, I believe parenting is both a relationship and a journey of personal growth. I aim to create a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where parents feel seen, supported, and gently guided toward meaningful and lasting change.
Outside of coaching and development work, I enjoy spending time with my family, learning new skills, and engaging in reflective practices that help me stay grounded and present.
What Makes THEM Special?
I am a chemical engineer turned parent coach, and I bring a structured, problem-solving lens to my work with families. I integrate nervous system awareness, attachment science, and emotional intelligence within a culturally sensitive and faith-based approach.
I focus on empowering parents to expand their capacity so they can respond with greater calm, clarity, and intention, while strengthening their connection with their children. I support parents in understanding behaviour as meaningful communication, helping them shift from reactive patterns to more connected and conscious responses.
My work is grounded in a trauma-informed approach, supported by training in trauma-informed care and foster parenting. This allows me to thoughtfully support families navigating attachment challenges, big emotions, and complex dynamics with both compassion and practical, evidence-based tools.
I am especially passionate about working with parents who want to break intergenerational patterns, build secure relationships, and align their parenting with their values. My approach is warm, respectful, and non-judgmental, while offering thoughtful guidance that supports meaningful and lasting growth.
