About This coach

I am a mom of 4 boys and 2 dogs. As I became a parent, it wasn't as easy and joyful as I thought it was going to be. I found myself yelling a lot, having major mom guilt, feeling beyond overwhelmed and stressed to the point where I didn't want to do ANYTHING. I couldn't seem to get out of this cycle, but I knew there had to be some way, and some way to break the cycle of me becoming my parents (which I tried so hard to not become).

When the opportunity presented itself for me to become a Conscious Parenting Coach I knew that this is exactly what I needed and what my kids needed. I love being a coach because I know that I am not the only parent out there that has felt these feelings before. I hear a lot about how parents don't like to be parents and how hard it is.

So, it is my job to help them understand why they are feeling this way and how I can support them to peacefully get through these hardships they are facing. Bettering themselves so they can better their relationship with their child. Once they have that figured out, their child will thrive in life, becoming an empathetic, happy, resilient child, and the parent and child will have a strong unconditional bond.

I believe that throughout my life I have learned how to care for people, truly listen to them so they feel validated and understood. Becoming a coach reminded me that I still have that compassion even when I was struggling with becoming a mom and that there are parents out there that need that care and support to get them through their struggles.

When I'm not coaching I like to hang out with my family. I am very much an introvert so the only time I like to leave my house is if I am doing something fun with my family (or some me time.). Things I like to do with my family are anything outdoors, having movie nights with popcorn, candy, and lots of pillows. For my time, I like to read and binge-watch any show or movie that makes me feel warm and cozy. Also, playing and cuddling with my two dogs.

What Makes THEM Special?

I love to work with moms and dads who have a passion for bettering themselves for their kids. Even though I am an introvert I still love to help out people anyway I can. My whole life I have worked to help people in need from foster kids, the developmentally disabled community, the elderly in nursing homes. Now that I am a parent myself, my passion is to help parents and kids so everyone gets to live their life to the fullest.
