About This coach
Hi, I'm Megan Bailey, a certified Family Life Specialist, a trained listener, and a mother who’s walked through the beautiful—and sometimes messy—journey of raising children with intention, love, and compassion.
My path led me to the Jai Institute for Parenting, where I trained in a heart-centered approach rooted in connection over correction. Their philosophy—one that sees behavior as communication and healing as the foundation for growth—resonated deeply with my own experience as a parent. I learned how to move from reacting to responding, from overwhelm to understanding.
Today, I hold space for other parents who are seeking the same shift.
Whether you’re facing daily power struggles, communication breakdowns, or just a sense that something’s missing in your connection with your child, you’re not alone. I work with you to uncover the patterns at play, bring more calm into your home, and create new pathways for healing—for your child and for you.
Through deep listening, thoughtful problem-solving, and a trauma-informed lens, I help families feel seen, supported, and strong.
Because parenting isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
Let’s take this journey together—one grounded step at a time.
What Makes THEM Special?
My goal is to help parents rediscover their strengths, find calm in the chaos, and create homes where both parent and child feel safe, seen, and supported. My coaching draws from over 20 years of experience in family-centered care, early childhood education, and parent education, combined with a deep commitment to meeting parents exactly where they are. I bring both professional expertise and lived experience as a parent, which allows me to connect with families in a grounded, compassionate way.
I specialize in supporting parents who feel stuck in reactive cycles, who want to break free from “power over” dynamics, and who are ready to step into calmer, more connected relationships with their children. I am especially passionate about working with parents of neurodiverse children and with families navigating recovery, stress, or generational patterns that feel difficult to shift.
What makes my coaching unique is the way I weave together each family’s dynamics with secure attachment science, nervous system regulation, and practical strategies. Parents leave our sessions not just inspired, but equipped with tools they can confidently use in daily life.
