About This coach

I am a stay at home parent to 5 children born within 11 years.  I got married very young and learned very early that parenting my children and being home with them was what I wanted to do.  I learned very quickly that I actually had no idea what I was doing. I also quickly learned that other parents felt the same way. With a language barrier in my childhood home, I wasn't always taught the best way to communicate my beliefs or desires .  However, with the help of a supportive husband, a background in elementary education, my Jai Institute Training, and many parenting books that I read daily, I feel more confident in being the mother that I've always wanted to be. My wish is for others to experience the same joy and peace in overcoming struggles that they might have as a parent. I believe in parents, and I know firsthand how different things can be when understanding and empathy is learned and put in place. When I'm not coaching clients, I'm playing or watching sports with my kids, enjoying the midwest sun, exercising, reading, or cooking.

What Makes THEM Special?

I love to work with parents that have more than 2 children because I know that struggle to maintain connection and sanity when you are juggling it all. I  also feel a connection to those parents that believe it's too late to repair their connection with their children, or who want to parent their children differently than they were parented.  I also help parents that struggle with discovering what they value and how to implement and be consistent in living what they believe. Especially when their support system is not so supportive in honoring those values. Parenting multiple children, repairing connection and supporting a value system that parents create is what I do best.
