About This coach
I am a mom of 3 (and 1 on the way!) I began my parent coaching journey because I was struggling as a parent and looking for support for myself. I knew how I didn’t want to parent (yelling, punishments, time outs) and I knew that I wanted to enjoy my parenting and my children but I didn’t know HOW. I embarked on my conscious parenting journey and not only did I learn how to handle challenges with my children in a calm and patient way, I saw RESULTS.
While I have always been someone focused on a growth mindset and inner healing, being a parent pushed me to go even deeper. As I learned how to recognize my own triggers within my parenting and my relationship I also kept learning all different ways to heal them and have practical tools to implement into challenging situations. My goal is to support parents to heal so they can feel good and parent from a confident, secure and calm space and therefore grow and support their children to grown into the best version of themselves. I believe parents should be the ones primarily supporting their children, not other adults, and so I coach parents to be their children’s best coach.
It is an honor to work with any parent who wants to put in the effort to see a positive shift and change in themselves and within their family. I love being a coach because I love seeing parents grow and become so much more content and happy and at peace with themselves and within their parenting journey (and in their relationships with their partners and other people too) as we work together. I love seeing how much the parents I work with gain confidence and feel empowered as parents as people. I love being able to think about and reflect on how they felt and their experience of life and parenting from the first few times they met with me until a few months down the line when life and their relationship with their children is completely different and evolved in a positive way.
Outside of coaching I love to spend time with my husband, my children and my friends. I love to have people over and cook for them. I love to spend any extra time I have at the beach and love to exercise; whether that is yoga, dance classes or exercise classes. I am the PTO president at my children's school because I love to host events and create space for community to come together and people to meet with, support and connect with eachother other. I spend a lot of time devoted to my own spiritual practice and inner reflection and healing through journaling, meditation, lighting candles, and using my akashic records. I know that the more I evolve., heal and grow the better I feel, the more growth and blessings I see in my life and the more I learn to help my clients.
I am also very focused on clean living and being careful of the toxins that are all around us; found in our food, cleaning supplies and medicine cabinets. I even created a side business out of helping people detox their homes and finding "better than" replacements for the everyday items they use that most don't even realize are harmful. The wellness community is full of a lot of important information but it can be hard to sift through all of it, and I love to be able to help those around me do that while not going too extreme.
What Makes THEM Special?
What sets me apart as a parenting coach is that I am a sensitive and an empath, and have sensitive and empathic children and so I have a deep understanding and experience with supporting sensitive and empathic parents and children to learn about themselves, and thrive!
In my coaching I utilize all that I learned at Jai and as well incorporate many different emotional healing techniques such as emotion code, breath work, meditation, theta healing and the akashic records. I am familiar with the chakras and how to release, balance and heal energies within the body. I believe that all of the physical is a mirror of what is happening on the emotional and spiritual level and so I incorporate emotional healing techniques into my work with clients. I am intuitive, and believe in and feel other people's energies as well as the energy around us. I tend to attract clients who are similar, whether they realize it yet or not :). All of this helps me support parents to pinpoint what needs to be worked on and healed within themselves and their children and how to do so with empathy, compassion and confidence.
I believe that our children are gifts from God for us to help us learn the lessons our souls came to learn in this lifetime and do the work of our soul; this is often why our children are so good at pushing our buttons! They are our messengers and helping our soul's journey along the way.
I am really good at merging the physical realm in which we live with the spiritual realm that is around us. I can not only help parents to apply the practical content i.e.; empathy, how to speak so our children can hear us, boundaries etc... but also the deeper understanding and application of the spiritual realm and purpose of what they are experiencing so they can heal and see their reality shift.
As I coached parents I also began to discover that I am very good at supporting moms within their relationship with their partners, as parents together as well as within their relationships.
