About This coach

I’m a Jai Parenting Coach, Matricentric Way Facilitator, and childbirth professional who supports parents through the identity shifts that come with pregnancy, early parenthood, and beyond. I believe parenting isn’t just about what we do—it’s about who we are, who we’re becoming, and how we learn to meet ourselves with more awareness and compassion along the way.

In addition to my Jai training, I bring a background as a management consultant and childbirth professional, along with lived experience navigating the intensity of early parenthood and postpartum mental health challenges. I’ve personally benefited from this work and continue to grow as both a person and a parent. Because of that, I understand both the science of emotional regulation and the lived reality of parenting under stress. My coaching is compassionate, informed, and grounded in real life—not theory alone.

I love working with thoughtful, caring parents who want to show up with more intention, feel more connected to themselves, and create family lives that feel calmer and more aligned. In my coaching, I offer a supportive, judgment-free space to slow down, get curious, and build tools that actually fit your family and your season of life.

When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me spending time with my family, chauffeuring my kids to their activities, watching hockey, or making space for fun and connection—because I believe those things matter just as much as the work we do.

What Makes THEM Special?

What sets me apart as a Jai Parenting Coach is the way I blend deep emotional work with real-life practicality—without judgment, pressure, or one-size-fits-all advice.

At the heart of my work is identity. I help parents explore who they are, who they’re becoming, and what they actually need when expectations and real life don’t line up. Parenting doesn’t happen in a vacuum, and neither do our reactions. Together, we slow things down, get curious, and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface so you can respond with more clarity and confidence—both as a parent and as a person.

I specialize in working with parents who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from themselves—often parents who are deeply thoughtful, high-capacity, and doing “all the right things,” yet still finding themselves stuck in patterns they don’t like, such as reactivity, burnout, or constant self-criticism. My approach is especially supportive for parents navigating big transitions, identity shifts, and the emotional load that comes with change.

In our sessions, you can expect a space that feels safe, honest, and collaborative. I won’t tell you who to be or how to parent. Instead, I’ll help you build awareness, strengthen your capacity to regulate your emotions, and develop tools that actually work for your family—so parenting feels more intentional, more connected, and more like you.
