About This coach
I have spent the last twenty years working with families as a, Case Worker, Psychotherapist, and now Parent Coach. This evolution was born out of my desire to help parents raise emotionally secure, happy, and healthy children. My technique is grounded in research-based techniques but with a personal and real-person twist. I love to help my clients see the humor, sadness, and strengths that we all bring to our parenting. I believe that ALL families, no matter where they come from or their identity expression deserve to have conscious parenting skills to help them to understand what they need as parents, what they need from their children, and how we bring it all together to create a family that is able to thrive in and outside the home, free of all the yelling, anger and "misbehaviors".
When I'm not coaching, I love to bake, attempt to learn the bass guitar and work on my favorite hobby of all: building miniature dollhouses and furniture. These hobbies allow me to delve into my child self in a fun and fulfilling way that not only relaxes me but also reminds me of childhood, the power of play, and make-believe.
What Makes THEM Special?
As a Certified Master Parent Coach, I am all about helping clients feel seen and understood. I can help you find your voice while working towards your parenting goals. I am a Foster, Adoptive, IVF, and Neurodivergent Stepmom. I know that not all families can fit into a cookie-cutter parenting norm. I work with families to find their unique needs and assist them in creating a family dynamic that works for them, filling their homes with the love and communication we all desire.
I am passionate about helping people expand their definition of "parenting". I celebrate you showing up exactly as you are.
