About This coach
Parenting is one of the most important things we’ll ever do, but most of us are just figuring it out as we go. I know that feeling well.
I’m a single parent, raising a son, while running my own businesses, and like a lot of parents, I started this journey knowing exactly what I didn’t want to do—but not always knowing what to do instead. I spent years unlearning patterns, questioning old beliefs, and searching for a way to parent that actually felt right for me and my child.
That’s what led me to coaching. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all parenting advice. I believe in helping parents get clear on what truly matters to them, understand their child’s needs, and create a way forward that makes sense for their family.
Before becoming a coach, I spent time as a camp director for high-risk youth, working with teens who had been written off, misunderstood, or struggling to connect. That experience taught me that behavior is just communication and that strong relationships—not control or punishment—are what help kids thrive. It’s a perspective I bring to every parent I work with.
I’m direct but compassionate. My goal isn’t to tell you what you already know or give you a script to follow. It’s to give you the tools, insights, and confidence to show up as the parent you want to be—one who leads with clarity, connection, and intention.
Parenting is challenging, but it doesn’t have to feel impossible. Let’s make it work for you, not against you.
What Makes THEM Special?
I bring a unique perspective as a single parent raising a son while running my own businesses—balancing work, life, and parenting without a lot of the resources that seem to come easier for others.
When I started this journey, I knew I didn’t want to parent the way I found myself parenting, but I didn’t know any other way. It was like—I would do better if I knew better, but I didn’t. And I knew it. I felt the pressure, the self-doubt, and the frustration of not having the right tools or support. What I needed wasn’t more judgment or unrealistic expectations or people telling me what to do. I needed guidance that actually made sense for my life and my values and me.
That’s why my coaching is rooted in meeting parents where they are—not where they think they should be or how I think it should be. Together, we get clear on what really matters to you—how you want to parent, what values you want to pass to your kids that's all up to you. I'll give you the tools and the insights but how you parent is up to you because no one will ever know how to raise your kids better than you.
I’ve worked with a lot of families, and I see the pressure parents put on themselves and their kids and I see them making life much harder than it needs to be. I was formerly a camp director for a high-risk youth camp, working with at-risk teens ages 13–18, which gave me a deep understanding of behavior, emotional regulation, and what it really takes to build connection—even in tough moments.
I’m grounded and direct, but I lead with compassion. I won’t just tell you what you want to hear. Instead, I’ll help you see where things can be easier, less stressful, and more intentional.
Parenting doesn’t have to feel like a constant battle. Let’s make it something that feels good—for you and for your child.
