Shaella Freeman is an educator based in Huntsville, AL. She saw a need to cultivate a safe and loving classroom without the use of adversive consequences and punishment.
After a masters in Emotional and Behavioral disorders and countless professional development for classroom management, Shaella enegaged in the Jai learning expereince, transforming her classroom and relationship with students.
When she is not coaching, Shaella is at the gym, reading, or somewhere in nature drinking coffee.
