About This coach

My path to coaching grew from both my years in the classroom working with elementary-aged children and my experience as a parent. Raising two uniquely wired children—especially navigating the challenges of parenting a child with ADHD—deepened my passion for supporting all caregivers. Through this journey, I felt drawn to working directly with parents and educators, knowing that a child’s confidence and capability are shaped not just by their own strengths, but by the environment we create around them.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me practicing yoga, walking my dogs, or making the most of the moments I get with my kids.

What Makes THEM Special?

I aim to help parents and educators create an environment where calm and connection set the tone, and where kids feel confident and capable. Nurturing kids is a humbling journey and we're not meant to do it alone. In a world filled with information (and plenty of noise), finding support and community can make all the difference.

With a Master’s in Childhood Education and a background as an elementary school teacher, I understand both child development and the real-life challenges of parenting. While I love supporting all families, I specialize in supporting caregivers of strong-willed kids and children with ADHD, helping them adopt a compassionate lens toward challenging behaviors.
