About This coach

I have always been drawn to helping others and have worked with kids who struggle in both the Mental Health and Education fields for over twenty years. Over time, as I observed children’s behaviors continue to escalate, I realized I was being called to walk a different path. I wanted to support and teach parents a new way of interacting with their kids so they could prevent the behaviors that were causing children to have such a hard time.

I am also a mom of three teenagers, so I get it. Parenting is wonderful, rewarding and unbelievably challenging. It is also the most important job we will ever have. In addition to carrying on our legacy, our children will be the future leaders, caregivers, innovators, and activists of our world. I believe as parents, we need to teach our kids how to show empathy for others, especially those who do not have the same beliefs, how to solve conflicts respectfully, and how to become a responsible citizen once they are grown.

As a coach, I believe it is my job to teach, guide, nudge, and support parents to show up as the best version of themselves for their kids. This work is deep and can be transformational, and I am truly dedicated to helping others feel empowered and connected with their children.

What Makes THEM Special?

I love working with any parents, who want to strengthen their relationship with their kids in order to create trust, and gain more cooperation. My experience focuses on helping parents with children/teens who have neurodiverse minds such as ADHD and Learning Differences, and those struggling with anxiety, depression, and self-esteem issues. Through coaching, parents learn how to help their children regulate their emotions, and how to create an environment that sets them up to be successful. Whether you’re a couple or individual looking for support, I’d love to help you reach your parenting goals.
