About This coach

Years before becoming a mother, I had a deep knowing that I would be doing a lot of inner-work to undo my conditioning, acknowledge and work through historical trauma and reparent myself.

When my daughter was born I felt deeply connected to her, the role of parenting and  motherhood and sought to create a new kind of care for mothers, children and families.   I was committed to having a different kind of relationship with my child than my parents had with me - breaking generational cycles  of overwork and scarcity and parenting with greater truth, trust, and harmony.  And, I was committed to healing from the abuse I experienced in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I am devoted to being in service to our world and to Creator by helping families affected by trauma integrate their experiences and stories, learning to live well so they can show up for themselves, their children and our world.
