About This coach
As an enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and an original founding German family of the Texas Hill Country, my work and research are devoted to helping families heal from intergenerational trauma and abuse.
For over 20 years, I have been practicing somatic experiencing and holistic wellness, and having survived severe abuse before, during, and after pregnancy, I was inspired to create new narratives of care for women, mothers, families, and trauma and abuse survivors.
With a Master's Degree in Social Theory and over 500 hours of training in the therapeutic modality of Somatic Archaeology@, and 1000’s of hours in field-work trainings, I continue to do my own inner-work, learn from traditional elders, and am currently seeking a PhD program to focus my research on holistic wisdom, depth psychology, and intergenerational trauma and abuse recovery.
When not in session or writing, I enjoy the role of mothering and parenting, intergenerational storytelling, horsemanship, ranching, dress-making, fellowship, and simple living.
What Makes THEM Special?
We specialize in intergenerational solutions and care for women, mothers, families, and parents of complex children, bringing a somatic, holistic, and evidence-based approach to helping families heal from generational cycles of trauma and abuse.
