About This coach

As a Certified Parent Coach and Certified Somatic Trauma Integration Practitioner, Choctaw Tribal member and solo mother, I believe that a new paradigm is possible and it starts in our hearts and in our homes as parents.

I arrived at my life's work of helping parents find inner-safety, reparent and create cellular harmony through my own journey of learning about and integrating my developmental trauma, generational trauma and CPTSD.

I believe that children and parenthood are sacred, that it is our responsibility to be self-connected, to make sense of our stories, learning to love our past while creating cellular safety and harmony moment by moment - remembering our truth and living our values to honor our highest visions for our families and Mother Earth.

What Makes THEM Special?

As a Certified Somatic Trauma Integration Practitioner and Certified Parent Coach, my practice is evidence-based, somatic-focused and trauma-informed.  I am devoted to serving mothers with PTSD/CPTSD and creating a new paradigm of care for new mothers, knowing so many fall through the cracks of the postpartum medical and mental health system.

I specialize in generational trauma healing and historical and ancestral trauma recovery and postpartum PTSD support for mothers and parents who long to make big shifts in how they are showing up for themselves, their children and their world.  It helps to know it didn't start with you!

I combine my training as a Jai coach with my training in somatic trauma recovery to restore neurological, biological, physiological, psychological, emotional and social harmony.

I know first-hand this inner-work happens drop by drop, improving your life and the generations that follow.
