About This coach

I believe that parenting is sacred work and it must start from within.  I am passionate about working alongside parents, caregivers, and teachers to help them navigate the "why" behind their frustrations. I believe Parent Coaching begins (and ends) with connection. Imagine a home that values collaboration over control, empathy rather than judgments, and calm instead of chaos. Enter into conscious parenting. Here each family member’s needs will be acknowledged and respectfully addressed. Come with me to begin your journey to peaceful parenting today.

I am a certified Jai Parent Coach graduate, certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, licensed Early Childhood Educator, and licensed K-12 Reading Instructor.

I currently live in Costa Rica with my husband and 3 children. My husband and I are on the board for a non-profit, out of Nicaragua, called Enliven International.  In our spare time, you can find our family adventuring in Costa Rica or enjoying a family game night.

What Makes THEM Special?

My preschool teacher once told my mom that all I did was read books and play with dolls. Well, not much has changed. I LOVE learning and I LOVE being a momma.

My passion has always been to create a positive impact in the lives of children. I have done this by babysitting as a teenager, teaching as an adult, mothering, and now Coaching. It is my great honor to work with parents, grandparents, teachers, and caregivers to make an impact on the lives of their own children.

I came to Parent Coaching very organically and it has been more fulfilling and impactful than I could imagine.  I love working with all types of families and specialize in helping my clients answer the "tough questions" that have been looming in their family for years. Parent Coaching is a true synergy of my life journey.

I invite you to come along with me.  This work is hard, but it is worth it. I promise you more connection with your children, more self-awareness of the underlying reasons behind the patterns in your family dynamic, and more freedom to show up as your true, authentic self with everyone in your life. PLUS, I anticipate a ripple effect of these changes continuing on into the lives of your children and beyond.
