About This coach

I have been a Cognitive Therapist since 2007 and a Parent Coach since 2020.

I was drawn to parent coaching due to the fact that many of my adult clients spoke of difficulties they had as children and how it impacted them later in life. I have found that helping parents not only overcome their own barriers to joy, but to also to be an authentic guide to their children, means that their children can grow up genuinely tapped into the amazing resources they already possess. It also means that emotionally intelligent and compassionate children get sent out into the world, which can only make a positive difference for everyone.

I am the mother of a strong-willed and sensitive 4 year old child who brings me so much joy and learning each and every day. I was born in Chicago but have been living in London since 2004 and can now say I am officially a Londoner, although I miss Chicago dearly.

When I'm not coaching, you can find me travelling around the world (I love learning about new places and cultures), meditating and attending live music concerts.

What Makes THEM Special?

As a parent coach, I specialise in helping parents with strong-willed and or/sensitive children and especially love to support parents with only children, whether by choice or circumstance.
