About This coach

Even though I’m an inspiring coach on the internet, I’m also a real person and a mama to a newborn and chasing after my adventure-loving preschooler.

My little family consists of my Colombian husband, our 4-year-old son, and our double-rainbow baby girl. We are bilingual and we love learning about other cultures.

I’m an athlete, musician, baker, educator, lifelong learner, extrovert and a parent just like you - trying to keep toy trains from getting stuck in my hair, food off of my floor, and not drive away with my wallet on top of the car.

And, I know my role in the world is to support parents to create healthy, secure connections with their little humans. I care deeply about supporting you to create a relationship free of guilt, shame, and punishment that is also more fun and cooperative. I’m really good at what I do, and I hope you’ll join me on the journey to change your life.

What Makes THEM Special?

I specialize in working with moms and dads with younger children, in the 0-8 age range, because I care deeply about helping families get off to the right start. My core values as a coach are listening without judgment, empathy, and understanding. It's important to me that we define YOUR values so I can support you to raise your children into the adults that align with those values, not anyone else's. I bring a trauma-informed lens and knowledge of other cultures around the world to my coaching sessions. I am both practical and silly. I look forward to working with you!
