About This coach

I believe that children come into this world worthy of acceptance and respect. These are not things our children need to earn from their parents, but things that they deserve. And as parents and teachers, we have the opportunity to model and teach and raise up our children so that they too can experience a successful and fulfilling life socially, mentally, physically, and emotionally.  I have a passion for teaching, it is my natural-born calling, and I have made a shift from teaching children, to teaching their parents! The change begins with us! In my spare time, I dance, read, attempt to garden, foster/rescue dogs, teach piano, and go on adventures with my husband and son!

What Makes THEM Special?

I have been an elementary school teacher for the last 12 years, with the latter 6 years in classrooms teaching ASD students. I have experience with autistic children, IEPS, school advocacy, and supports and accommodations for students with special needs. I am a parent to a young son whom I homeschool.
