About This coach

I started blogging on Instagram in 2018 shortly after I became a mother. I had no friends with kids, and I realized how isolating it can be. I wanted to share my struggles and successes with friends I made on social media who were going through similar things. Fast forward to 2021, I was a mother to two under three and realized I did not like being a parent and how I parented. I began researching gentle parenting and implementing it slowly while sharing my journey on Instagram. I realized that I wanted to begin to work on myself and that was my ticket to being a better parent. That's when I started truly "Conscious Parenting".

I've been relentlessly studying conscious and gentle parenting for over a year and a half. With my Bachelor degree in Psychology as well, I use all of my knowledge to help other parents navigate parenthood and how to parent as their best selves.

What Makes THEM Special?

I thrive working with parents who want to end the cycle of yelling and reacting on their triggers. I focus a lot on the reparenting process so that I can better help parents get out of survival mode and enjoy parenthood again.
