About This coach
Working with families has been a passion of mine long before I became a coach; it was already at the heart of my work in early childhood education. There is something deeply fulfilling about witnessing a parent rediscover their confidence, trust their instincts, and realise that the resources they need are already within them. And knowing that this shift ripples out to their whole family, that's what keeps me going.
I believe that parenting doesn't have to be figured out alone. And I believe that every parent, no matter where they are in their journey, has more within them than they think.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me cooking for the people I love, traveling, chasing the ocean whenever I can, playing music when I take the time, or simply sitting with a warm matcha latte and watching the world outside. I find that the same things that nourish me as a person- connection, presence, and a little bit of adventure- are also what I bring into my work.
What Makes THEM Special?
With over 12 years of experience as an early childhood educator, I have had the privilege of walking alongside young children and families through some of the most formative moments of their lives. This background gives me not only a deep knowledge of child development, but also a real understanding of the everyday reality of parents: the challenges, the doubts, the beautiful and messy moments that come with raising a child.
My clients often tell me they feel truly heard, safe, and free from judgment in our sessions. Creating a warm, trusting space where parents can explore without pressure is at the heart of how I work. I believe that real change happens when someone feels genuinely seen.
I am also personally familiar with the beautiful complexity of cross-cultural relationships and parenting. Being married to a Chilean and navigating cultural differences in my own life gives me a lived sensitivity toward international and expat families.
At the core of everything I do is a deep conviction: when we support and empower parents, the children thrive. That belief is what drives me every day.
