About This coach

I am a mother of two beautiful children with autism.

My education includes a Master's in Education where my focus is on attachment theory and supporting the well-being of children through concentrated efforts to support women and mothers.

I have worked and been trained as an early childhood educator and later transitioned to teaching aspiring teachers at the college level.  Within these boundaries, I have worked as an educator in daycares, both private and public. I have worked with refugee children upon their arrival in Canada.

While teaching in college I realized my passion for working with the adults in children's lives. I appreciate the opportunity to transform the lives of our most precious and vulnerable population, not through direct exposure, but through the indirect transformation of the adults in those children's lives.

What Makes THEM Special?

My specialties include:

  • Parenting neurodivergent children with Autism, ADHD, and anxiety
  • Attachment
  • Children aged newborn to 12-years-old
  • Immigrant and refugee parents
  • North American and North African parenting practices
  • Parenting in religious contexts including Islam and Christianity
